San Andres Cohamiata an isolated Huichol indigenous town in Mexico, in which despite the isolation, influences
from the outside always leak.
The celebration of the Holy Week is a glint of the fusion between the outside influences and the native
cultural traditions.
When we arrived to the town the authorities prohibited us to film the celebration. But two young Huichol
natives will become our accomplices to film with a hiding camera, with the purpose to document and preserve
the present traditions.
